At Camera Crush, all our cameras are carefully inspected, tested, and described in detail — so you know exactly what you’re getting.

For this reason, we do not accept returns.

However, we’re always here to help. If you have any doubts or questions before making a purchase, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to provide extra photos, clarify cosmetic condition, or answer anything you need to make an informed choice.

WARRANTY

All Camera Crush purchases include a free six-month warranty, covering faults that arise from normal use and standard storage conditions.

If something goes wrong and it’s covered under warranty, here’s how we handle it:

  1. We’ll first attempt to repair the item.
  2. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer a replacement — subject to availability.
  3. If neither is possible, we’ll offer a similar item in exchange.

Please note: our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
