We ship with UPS Standard (tracked, of course). You’ll get an email with your tracking info as soon as your order heads out.
If you're in Europe and spend over €160, shipping’s on us.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders placed on business days before 11 AM WEST typically ship the same day.
Portugal & Spain 1–2 business days
Other EU Countries & UK: 3–6 business days
We follow UPS estimates for delivery times, but sometimes delays can happen - unfortunately, those are out of our hands
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders ship from Portugal, so if you're in the EU, you’re all set — no customs fees expected.
For countries outside the EU, any import taxes or customs charges are up to you and your local authorities.
